`arxiv.org/get_paper`, read. Gets an arXiv paper's title, authors, abstract, subjects, submission dates and publication details from its exact title, arXiv link or number.

`arxiv.org/list_new_papers`, read. Lists the latest newly announced papers in an arXiv subject, in announcement order. Cross-lists are optional and replacements are excluded.
