> Reuters provides news headlines and articles as a workflow and API.

List headlines returns stories from a news section in page order; provide a section and optionally a maximum number of results. Search news returns articles matching keywords; provide search words and optionally dates, order, page, and results per page.

## Methods

### List headlines

Operation `list_headlines`, version 1. 1 credit per completed call. Failed calls without a completed billing receipt are free; completed work can remain charged if delivery is interrupted.

List the latest Reuters stories from a news section in page order. If a section blocks public access, Reuters entries from a public news feed are used; summaries, authors, and images may then be unavailable.

### Search news

Operation `search_news`, version 1. 1 credit per completed call. Failed calls without a completed billing receipt are free; completed work can remain charged if delivery is interrupted.

Search Reuters articles by keyword, with optional publication dates, order, and page. Results may be limited by Google News indexing; some summaries and bylines are unavailable when Reuters blocks article pages.

## Quick start

Replace `YOUR_API_KEY` with a Fous API key. To create one, open Developers at the bottom of Fous Studio, turn on Developer mode, then go to API keys (https://app.fous.com/keys). Change the values in `input` to run the same tool on new data.
