## Methods

### Get sold prices

Operation `get_sold_prices`, version 1. 1 credit per completed call. Failed calls without a completed billing receipt are free; completed work can remain charged if delivery is interrupted.

Find recent sold prices and sale histories for a UK postcode, street or area. The average is calculated from the returned properties, not every sale in large areas.

Operation `search_properties`, version 1. 1 credit per completed call. Failed calls without a completed billing receipt are free; completed work can remain charged if delivery is interrupted.

Search Rightmove homes for sale or rent by area or postcode, with price, bedroom, property type, radius, offer status, and sort filters. Returns up to 100 property listings with agent details; unquoted prices and unavailable details are null.

## Quick start
