### Get company filings

Operation `get_company_filings`, version 1. 1 credit per completed call. Failed calls without a completed billing receipt are free; completed work can remain charged if delivery is interrupted.

List a public company’s SEC filings, newest first. Search by company name or ticker and optionally narrow by filing type or filing date; older filings are included when available.

### Get fund holdings

Get a manager’s 13F portfolio for a quarter, with position sizes and share changes from the previous quarter. Reports only securities disclosed in SEC 13F filings.

List reported stock transactions by a company’s officers, directors, and major owners from Form 4 filings, newest first. Returns up to 200 records; trades without a reported price have no calculated value.

## Quick start
