### Get home

Operation `get_home`, version 1. 1 credit per completed call. Failed calls without a completed billing receipt are free; completed work can remain charged if delivery is interrupted.

Get home details and estimated values from a street address or Zillow home link. History, schools, and estimates may be unavailable for some homes.

### Get housing market

Operation `get_housing_market`, version 1. 1 credit per completed call. Failed calls without a completed billing receipt are free; completed work can remain charged if delivery is interrupted.

Get Zillow housing market figures for a city and state or ZIP code. The as-of date is for typical home value; other figures may use different reporting months. Missing figures are null.

### Search rentals

Search Zillow rentals in a city, neighborhood, or ZIP code, with optional rent, bedroom, pet, and home-type filters. Listing details that Zillow does not show are null.

## Quick start
