### Search cars

Operation `search_cars`, version 1. 1 credit per call.

Search Carvana used cars by make and model, with optional price, year, mileage and ZIP filters. Estimates vary by ZIP and can change. Individual key features are not shown in search results, so key_features can be empty.

## Quick start
