## Methods

### Get price per square meter

Operation `get_price_per_square_meter`, version 1. 1 credit per call.

Get the latest monthly asking price per square metre and price changes for a named city, district or neighbourhood in Spain, Italy or Portugal. For smaller areas, include their city (for example, "Lisboa, Alvalade"). Rental prices are per square metre per month. Reports cover areas published by idealista.

Search Idealista homes for sale or rent by city, district or neighbourhood in Spain, Italy or Portugal. Returns listings in site order with prices and property details. Some locations or requests may be temporarily blocked by the site.
