Reuters (reuters.com) has 2 public methods: list headlines and search news. Each costs 1 credit per completed run (1¢ with pay as you go); failed runs are free.

  • List headlines

    Lists the latest Reuters stories from a news section (top stories, business, markets, world, technology, legal or sustainability) in page order.

    Returns headline, summary, publication time, authors, image, article URL

  • Search news

    Searches Reuters articles by keyword through Google News, with optional publication date range, order and page. Summaries and bylines are filled in when Reuters serves the article page.
