Asana keeps everyone on the same page without needing a status meeting. Tasks are clear, ownership is clear, and nothing falls through the cracks. The interface is clean enough that even less organized people on the team actually use it. Pricing jumps fast once your team grows and you need the features that actually matter. It can also get overwhelming on complex projects with a lot of nested tasks. The mobile app works but feels like a step down from desktop. Looked at Trello and Monday. Trello gets messy fast beyond a certain scale. Monday felt overbuilt for what we needed. Asana hit the right balance of structure without being overkill.
